CALLING ALL BLACKS
Hello,
Happy New Year!
Following is a short statement I wrote more than fifteen years ago! Please take a moment to carefully read/consider what I am saying:
If YOU and a "Newly Arrived Russian, German, Italian or any light-skinned Immigrant" was walking down the street (Any Street USA), and shots were fired, and you both ran in different directions; who do you think the COPS would go after first!
Did you get that! If NOT you should read it again! So what's my point! My point is this: If you're waiting for someone to come along and save you, (be sure you have a lot of clean underwear and socks with you because you may be waiting for a long, long time and most likely forever!)
Let me get straight to it—because time matters.
Right now, millions of Americans are walking around exposed. No real legal protection.
No identity theft defense. No will.No medical power of attorney.
And for homeowners? No trust—while deed theft is exploding nationwide (Over the last 5 years in New York has documented over 3000 home deed related complaints. And yet, most cities don’t have specific laws on the books to effectively combat Deed Theft)!
That’s not bad luck waiting to happen. That’s predictable risk.
Here’s the hard truth most people don’t want to hear:
You don’t need a lawyer until you do. And when that moment hits—accident, illness, lawsuit, identity theft, family emergency, (getting abducted by Ice), —it’s already too late to prepare.
Smart people prepare before the storm.
That’s why I believe every adult in America should have:
• A solid legal protection plan
• Real identity theft monitoring and recovery
• A will (not “I’ll get to it someday”)
• A medical power of attorney
• And if you own property—a trust to protect what you worked your whole life for …
Why? Because deed theft is real, identity theft is faster than ever, and the legal system does not slow down to be kind.
You may have that age old bear story! It goes something like this:
Two friends, John and Frank, were walking in an area known to have bear activity. John asked Frank are you worried about seeing a charging bear! Frank replied, NO! John then asked, why not! Frank replied, because I can out run you! Point being: Frank had a plan … what is your plan!
Let me be blunt:
- Courts don’t care about good intentions
- Hospitals don’t guess your wishes
- Thieves don’t ask permission
- And families fall apart when plans aren’t in place
This isn’t about fear. It’s about control.
A good legal and identity protection plan isn’t an expense—it’s leverage. It gives you:
• Immediate access to attorneys / Lawyer in Your Pocket!
• Protection before problems explode
• Guidance when emotions are high
• Peace of mind your family can actually use
This is grown-folk business.
If you protect your phone with a password but not your identity…
If you insure your car but not your legal rights…
