Family Members Only!
“If you own a home and don’t have a Revocable Living Trust, you’re setting your family up for failure.”
That’s not hype. That’s reality.
I know — because I almost made that mistake myself.
During a recent review of my own Revocable Living Trust (RLT), I learned something most homeowners never hear until it’s too late:
Creating a trust is not enough.
How it’s prepared, coordinated, funded and supported matters just as much.
Like many people, I assumed that once my house had been placed into my trust, the job was done. It wasn’t. Without proper coordination, funding, clear authority, and ongoing legal access, your trust may not deliver the protection, speed, and peace of mind you expect for your loved ones.
That realization sent me on a deep dive.
What I discovered changed how I think about estate protection — and why I’m reaching out to you now.
THE BIG DISCOVERY
Most people believe Revocable Living Trusts are:
Only for wealthy families
Complicated. Expensive. Out of reach
None of that is true.
If you:
Own a home
Have assets between $100,000 and $500,000+
Have children, grandchildren, or loved ones you care about
You need a Revocable Living Trust. hands down
Not someday. Now.
And here’s the part that shocked me most:
You don’t have to pay $3,000–$8,000 or more upfront to get one done properly.
The Problem With The Traditional Approach
In Virginia, an attorney-drafted Revocable Living Trust typically costs:
$1,500 on the low end
$4,000–$5,000 and even more for more “complex” estates
(February 2026 quotes confirmed exactly that.)
DIY trust kits are cheaper — but this is not a DIY moment.
But remember: Your trust isn’t for you. It’s for the people you leave behind.
Mistakes here don’t show up immediately.
They show up after you’re gone, when your family can’t fix them.

As an Old Army Officer, before every mission my NCOs and I did one thing first:
We checked protective gear. Every time. No exceptions.
That’s what this is.
A Revocable Living Trust is protective gear for your family.
Legal access is backup.
Identity protection is perimeter security.
Together, they help you build your Family Fort.

PS02: Probate is not only very expensive, but it leaves pain and scars in every family that has to go through it! See what Probate Cost in VA! / Probate cost in CA!
PS03: Yes! I am paid approximately 30% on each legal membership only, (about $120 per 12 month membership).
However; because a Revocable Living Trust is so important, I will subsidize any family member who needs financial assistance (Up to 20 applications). At that time, I will do a re-look to see if I can continue assisting.
My goal is to help as many family members as possible. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, Contact Me!
Note 01! This program is for family members only. Non-family members who are interested, should be sent to godowdy.com!
One Last Note!
A trust is only as good as its funding: if assets aren’t retitled into the trust after you sign it, they can still go through probate.
Even with a trust, you still want a simple will (often called a “pour-over will”) to catch anything missed. Be honest with your lawyer about complexity — it helps them tailor the plan instead of making assumptions. Your Provider Attorney will provide this as part of this package!
